The always beautiful Chelsea Hotel in Atlantic City served as an awesome venue for Alyssa and Joe’s wedding this past weekend at the Jersey Shore. The wedding was anything but traditional, but perfectly detailed and executed from start to finish. Having photographed her sister’s wedding just a few months before, I couldn’t have had more fun spending a day with friends and watching the moments from Kara’s wedding unfold (with camera in hand of course). The wedding ceremony was held in Ocean City, NJ. We shot pictures near the gazebo on 20th St. where Ethan proposed before heading up to St. Augustine Prep for the reception. With a dismal weather forecast to start the day, the sun shined through and all ended well. As always, Valerie Merlino of Sweet Pea Floral Design (856) 256-0171 did an incredible job with the details. Lisa & Jonathan | Cape May, NJ | 06.27.09

Certainly Cape May, NJ is one of the greatest wedding locations in S. Jersey. Yesterday I had the chance to photograph the wedding of Lisa and Jonathan, who made the trip down from Brooklyn. A few words to help describe their special day: beach house, church choir, cheez-itz, flasks, mini golf, red fiat, real photo booth, skee ball, guitar hero, pizza, beach rocks, picture frames, wood floor naps, polaroids, dancing, dancing, dancing and a little cake smashing.
